How Do We Receive Payment
We pay for the machine within 24 hours of machinery being collected
Who Collects Machinery?
We arrange collection either by the buyer or an outside contractor,
we will arrange this directly with yourself and arrange a time to
suit you. Any special loading requests or needs will be arrange before
collection. Generally buyers will load themselves.
I feel my valuations were low
In our experence traders offer the market value and are experts in this industry, traders need to make a margin to cover repairs, servicing, transport and warranty when they sell the machinery. The only thing we can gaurentte is you have recived a fair price and you are welcome to decline any offer.
Export / Exporting
We have exporters from all over the world use our service and this is
something you don't need to worry about as we deal with the whole process and you wont know if the machine is being exported, we gaurentee your payment and we do all the paperwork and admin. We simply purchase the machine from you and then sell the exporters.
We did not recieve a bid
On the very and we mean very occasion you dont revive a bid then there could be a few reasons, the pictures and description were not to a good standard, the machine has little or no value or the market is flooded with this type of machine traders are not buying this type at the moment. Our advice is to try again in a week or so as the market may have changed. Please contact us if you have this issue and we will offer 1 to 1 advice.
Why we don't sell to the public
We are a business to business service and are not trying to be a retail outlet we leave that to the experts, this service is to obtain a trade valuation, underwrite and sell trade in machinery to take away the pain and burden of used machinery.
Why don't we allow new machinery on this site
This is a used machinery service and our buyers are not intrested in buying new machinery, they will buy shop soiled (at trade price) ex demo and very low houred machinery, but selling used machinery is a different industry.
